The rent is $1399/month with all utilities included. I'm also giving away my TV (32") for free if the sublesee wants it.
I haven't signed the lease yet since I would like to have someone take care of the second half of the contract as I sign it. So this should be quick because units may run out soon.
Or if someone already has a One Bedroom contract with Burnham 310, and is looking for sublets for Fall 2013, I'd love to sublease your apartment.
