Hey everyone, my roommate and I are looking for 2 people (2 males/ 2 females) to sublease our 2 bedroom 2, two-bathroom apartment near E Chalmers and S 1st St for the Spring 2026 term (starting late December 2025). The 22 bus stop is right in front of the apartment and the rooms are a great size! There is enough privacy from your roommate and the unit is also fully furnished and includes an in unit laundry.
