Rent would be $829/month. Internet/cable, water, sewage, and garbage utilities are included in the rent. The property has surveillance cameras, high-speed WIFI, community courtyards, secure access, elevators, a fire pit, a heated parking garage, 24-hour emergency maintenance, smart TVs, and air conditioning.
