Hello! I'm looking for a female to sublease my apartment. I will be studying abroad from March 2024 until the end of July 2024, however, you could move in as early as the beginning of Winter break! You would be rooming with one other female (21yo) who is super friendly & tidy.
The rent is $837.50/month plus a $15 sanitation fee (trash/recycling). However, I'm offering a $150 discount.!!! I am willing to negotiate the price !!! Parking is available for an additional fee.
