My roommate and I are looking for 2 people to take over our leases for the Spring '25 semester. We live on E Daniel St, which is owned by The University Group. We are subletting our bedrooms and bathroom. Some features of the apartment include a minifridge, in-house washer and dryer, smart TVs in every room, a balcony, and a bus stop right outside the apartment. About a 10-minute walk to the main quad and 14 minute walk to BIF. Super cool roommate as well!
