Looking for 2 people to take over me and my roommate's apartment lease. We are both studying abroad in the spring so need someone to take over our lease by January 2027!!

Rent: $1750 a month (875 per person), all utilities included except electric (around $50 per person each month for electric bill)

Details: It is fully furnished, very spacious, with large windows that bring in abundant natural light. It has completely new amenities including kitchen + appliances and in unit laundry. It is located near the engineering quad and is near several bus stops with major bus lines to easily get to campus. It is a five minute walk from a grocery store. Unit is upper corner unit with street view. Landlord is very personable and easy to reach, maintenance issues are rare (if ever) and are fixed within the week.
