I am studying abroad in the spring and looking for someone to sublease my apartment. I live alone in a 1-bedroom not even a block from ECEB (very close to campus in a quiet area). My covered parking spot is also available on the first floor of the building. Apartment has furniture, TV, appliances and is very spacious for one person.
