Subleasing my spot for the year in a furnished apartment building with a balcony and updated appliances, covered parking if needed, and two really great roommates. Gym is included, along with a bathroom shared with only one other roommate. Great location both in terms of campus and groceries/Green Street. The only reason I am subleasing for the year is because I have decided to attend a different graduate school, otherwise I would I cannot rave enough about this apartment and my two roommates!
