I’m subleasing my loft apartment for the summer. It’s a fully furnished 1 bed/ 1 bath loft apartment within walking distance of UIUC. It’s about a 15 minute walk from Grainger Library and Talbot Laboratory, so it’s right near campus. The area is very safe and walkable.
The loft has vaulted ceilings and storage under the stairs. The MTD bus stop (White & Second) is a 2-3 minute walk from the building. There is parking on site if you have a car.
Sublet dates are for the summer, May 12th-August 22nd (we can negotiate this if these exact dates don’t work for you).
No pets allowed, as it’s not included in my lease.

Electricity (paid separately): Typically between $64-$82 based on your usage.

- - Decorations are quite feminine.
