- Set up a self-managing opt-in/opt-out process for letting users subscribe and unsubscribe from emails.
- Leverage the mail merge capabilities and sends individualized messaging.
- Generate analytics reports to gauge the effectiveness of your campaigns.

- Build skins for use in Email+, Forms, Surveys, Calendars and Blogs.
- Upload custom images and apply your identity.
- Choose colors and fonts that work with your design.
- Add custom content to the footer to lead users to your communication channels.

In this workshop you will learn how to:
- Create “Event Calendars” and “Master Calendars” and use them to streamline your workflow.
- Publish your Calendar to the Campus Calendar Directory
- Allow others to include your Calendar into theirs.
- Reference your calendar as a widget for including in your website
- Limit access to viewing your calendar or establish public access.
- Allow users to submit events

- Download Calendars and include them into Outlook
Forms and Surveys
Online tools to collect information from your users
Thursday September 4th, 1:30-2:30pm

In this workshop you will learn how to:
- Build your Form or Survey using question types like checkbox, radio, pulldown and more.
- Create questions that “jump to” other questions based on how a user answers.
- Allow users to save and finish later or delete their submission.
- Email results to the user and/or to any additional email recipients you provide.
- Run reports of your results in a variety of formats and file types.
- Limit access to a Group of users, or set a limit on the total number of submissions allowed.
- Assign roles to allow your team to view, manage, and administer your projects.
