Web Services pushed out four enhancements to Email+ today, Monday 9/28/2015. The below features are NOT available on emails that have already been sent prior to today.
Archive Newsletter editing - After an email has been sent, users will be able to edit their newsletter archive. Just edit the email after it is sent. Go to the 'Archive' tab. Edit your archived email newsletter. This will not impact the email that was already sent.
URL checking/labeling - When reporting is turned on there is now a tab called 'Links'. Prior to sending your email, you can go to this tab in order to check all of the URLs used in your email. You can also apply a label to each URL in order to see a more nature label when running reports.
URL Corrections after email is sent - After an email is sent, you can correct URLs used in the email that people have already received on the 'Links' tab. Reporting has to be turned on! This is because the actual URLs are stored in our database when reporting is enabled.
Subject - The Subject of an email can now contain a mail merge variable. Each user that receives an email can have a custom subject line. Example: Bob see what is new at Illinois.
Web Services hopes you find these enhancements useful.
