Web Services at Public Affairs has added 'scheduling of emails' to the Emailer. This enhancement was requested by WILL.
Example: Let's say you know you need to send an email out in two days but you will be out of town. All you have to do is set up the email and click the 'yes' button next to the label 'Schedule email'. You then pick the day and time that the email will be sent and press the 'Activate' button. You are done. On the scheduled day and time your email will be sent. If you happen to change your mind then just press the 'stop sign' icon on the email listing screen next to the email. Your email will then go back into edit mode. You can then edit, delete or reschedule the email.
Thanks again to WILL for making this suggestion. We would love to hear from you on any enhancements you would like to have implemented. Just let us know.
