Two new enhancements to Email+ have been released.
1) A date range has been added to the "My Archives" tab. By default the My Archives tab will only display archives from the last two calendar years. Date dropdown boxes are available to display a single year up to all years of archives. This enhancement was made as some users have so many archives that the tab was slow to respond. This enhancement eliminates that problem.
2) A new Email type of "TED" has been added for units sending emails through the Foundation. TED is the replace for the FACTS database. The FACTS option will be fully retired from Email+ on January 4th. However you will still be able to create FACTS reports. When coping FACTS emails the system will set the new type to TED by default. Also as a reminder, Web Services added a new option to the TinyMCE editor that allows you to insert variables directly into your email message from a pulldown. If you are using manually managed groups then the variables will not appear in the pulldown until you have added your group to the email. However if you are creating an email that works with TED and have not added a group then we will display the most commonly used variables populated by the Foundation. Once a TED group is added to the email, we will only show you the variables that have values within your TED group.
