Web Services, Public Affairs, is pleased to announce two new features in the Form and Survey Builder:
Jump-to feature
Jump-to uses 'Skip Logic' to allow responders, in Forms and Surveys, to skip irrelevant questions and fields. First create all of your questions and then insert your page breaks. For each area to skip, start with a radio question; choosing the answer that will have the option to jump the user to another page. Edit the answer option and choose the page to jump to.
Four new PDF reports
Forms and Surveys now offers four new PDF reports formats: 1) Summary, 2) Summary with Answers, 3) Full Responses, 4) Full Responses by ID (when applicable). To generate reports in the Form and Survey Builder click on “Run Report” and choose your report type from the drop-down menu. Go back to to the top of the page; click "Generate Reports;" and then retrieve (download) the pdf from the Reports tab.
