Don't forget the 2016 Annual Review and your supplemental materials (casptone information and resume) should be sent to Renee Gracon (gracon1@illinois.edu) by February 29th. Please attach the completed Annual Review form as a Word document. The resume may be submitted as a pdf. Failure to complete the Annual Review may prevent you from registering for summer/fall courses or delay your graduation.
