My research focuses on parental behaviors that may influence children's media consumption. I presented a poster at the Undergraduate Research Symposium in April 2017 titled, "The Effects of Parental Attachment Style and Emotional Responsiveness on Child's Media Use." Currently, I am working on a manuscript and senior thesis about the relationship between parental emotional expression and the different ways that parents mediate their children's media use.
