Beginning in fall 2015, the School of Labor and Employment Relations will offer an online Master’s program in human resources. Complementing the strengths of the on-campus curriculum, the online format is tailored to the needs of working professionals with three to five years of experience.
Courses in the online program mirror those required of on-campus students and build on the expertise students bring to class. Students will complete 12 classes for 48 credit hours, including a course in each of four subject distribution areas: Union Management Relations and Labor Relations Policy, Human Resources Management, Labor Markets and Employment, and International Human Resources.
LER will begin accepting applications for the online program on April 15, 2015. Admissions will be conducted on a rolling basis through July 15, 2015.
