LER Professors Ying Chen and Nichelle Carpenter were chosen as two of the four inaugural Illinois Leadership Center Faculty Fellows for the 2015-2016 AY (renewable for up to three years). 

The Illinois Leadership Center Faculty Fellows Program is designed to encourage leadership scholarship through research and collaboration across disciplines, as well as faculty engagement with the Illinois Leadership Center.  The ILC Faculty Fellows is a group of leadership scholars from a variety of disciplines, with an interest and focus on leadership research and/or leadership education.
