SHORT DESCRIPTION SUMMARIZING POSITION FUNCTIONS
The School of Labor and Employment Relations has two vacant faculty positions in Human Resource Management (HR). One of these two positions requires a candidate with interest in teaching the masters-level course of compensation and benefits. We are generally interested in candidates who have teaching and research interests in micro and/or meso topics in organizational behavior/human resource management/industrial-organizational psychology. These are full-time tenure-track positions that combine research with teaching in the School’s master’s and PhD programs in human resources and employment relations. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct original, high quality scholarly research for publication in leading academic journals
• Teach in the School’s master’s and PhD programs
• Participate on School-wide service committees
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in an appropriate social science discipline or professional area of study (e.g., JD); however, ABDs who demonstrate strong potential for conducting exemplary research and teaching and anticipate Ph.D. completion no later than August 2018 will be considered.

Advanced Degree (PhD)
SALARY: Salary will be commensurate with experience and rank
APPOINTMENT STATUS: Regular, 100% time, tenure-track faculty appointment (assistant, associate, or full professor)
