Eden Haycraft, Associate Director, Graduate Online Programs, has been acknowledged for her work for the School of Labor and Employment Relations. Her hard work has spearheaded a period of rapid growth of the online Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations program that features both an increase in degree-seeking students and the advent of a certificate program for professionals.
Haycraft joined LER in February of 2019 and has shouldered increasing responsibility with the online program, playing a key role in bringing new classes online, recruiting a growing number of qualified candidates, and developing the certificate program. The degree is tailored to meet the needs of working professionals and incorporates students' professional experience into the classroom setting. Candidates join a selective cohort of peers in courses taught by faculty from LER's nationally-recognized residential degree programs.
The new certificate program features tracks in fundamentals of HR, HR management, compensation and data analytics. These can be taken alone or together, and candidates can petition to have the credits transfered to the full master's program.
Congratulations, Eden! We're glad you're part of our team.
