We wanted to update everyone on some adjustments we are making for the FALL 2020 semester due to the restrictions put in place by the University to help us mitigate the exposure to COVID. This year we are limiting access into the mail room to only current faculty and staff members for the 2020-2021 school year. The doors have been re-keyed, and you will need to reach out to Nathan Mandel to arrange to pick up a new key, only those with a key will have access to the mail/copy room. School of Music Copy Center Policies & Access FALL 2020
- The door to the mail room/copy center will remain closed, only current faculty/staff with keys will have access.
- TA/GA/RA students will not be allowed access into the copy/mail room, nor will they have mailboxes this year. Please plan accordingly.
- Only 2 people will be allowed in the copy/mail room at a time.
- All copy and print jobs will need to be submitted via the online form: https://forms.illinois.edu/sec/7427055
- The request form is available to all faculty, staff, and students for official University business.
- Requests for scans should also be submitted via the online form and the materials can then be dropped off in the box at the Information Desk.
- The mail drop-off box will be available at the Information Desk without having to enter the copy/mail room.
- Office supply requests must be sent via email to music-steno@illinois.edu. General office supplies (pens, markers, white copy paper, etc.) should be available the next business day. Requests for specialty items or large quantities should be submitted thru the purchasing app at http://my.faa.illinois.edu/purchasing.
