The FAA IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility) Professional Development Award is an effort to build and foster an environment in which all College of Fine + Applied Arts undergraduate students, regardless of background or economic status, have an opportunity for professional growth through paid internships. Students can build their skills by working with arts and cultural organizations to gain professional experiences from which to launch creative careers.
