  • Qual2 6. What happens if I only pass one part of Qual 2 (i.e., either Major Area or Cognate)?

    Students may retake the portion of Qual 2 that was not passed upon the first attempt.

    Students shall submit the Qual 2 Exam Request at least three weeks prior to the proposed exam date for the area of Qual 2 that was not passed in the previous attempt. Students may retake an exam two more times, for a total of three attempts.
