- Mentoring Program
Interns are paired with experienced engineers who provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the internship. This one-on-one mentorship helps students navigate real-world engineering challenges and build confidence in their technical and professional skills. - Software Training
Learn to use industry-standard tools like MicroStation, and other design software through hands-on training. Interns gain practical experience in drafting, modeling, and analyzing engineering plans, preparing them for future coursework and career opportunities. - Multiple Site Visits
Explore civil design engineering in action through regular visits to active project sites. These visits offer a firsthand look at how engineering plans are implemented in the field, from stormwater systems and roadways to environmental restoration and transportation infrastructure. - Toastmasters International Training
Participate in CBBEL’s award-winning Toastmasters chapter to develop public speaking and presentation skills. Interns gain confidence in communicating technical ideas clearly and professionally, an essential skill for any engineer.
