Term/Grade: Full time
Major Duties: Under direction of the working supervisor, Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Unit B, Bureau of Land (BOL), receives LUST program training for six to twelve months duration; receives work assignments designed to be reviewed for technical adequacy, consultant/contractor proposals for remediation; receives training in reviewing budgets and bills submitted for reimbursement; assists higher level specialists giving oral presentations to public and private organizations regarding the LUST program. Receives training in performing routine, scientific site inspections at LUST sites; meets safety standards to comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.120. Travels in performance of duties.
