About the Agency
This position is located in the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Great Lakes Environmental Research Laboratory in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The full performance level of this position is GS-12.

The individual selected for this position will:
- Coordinate and expedite the internal review, editing, submission, and tracking of scientific manuscripts to peer-reviewed journals.
- Maintain inventory of published reprints and produce summary reports of publications in accordance with agency policy.
- Produce program documents (e.g. technical reports, agency planning and reporting documents, supporting documents for conferences, workshops, and meetings).
- Produce posters, figures, and graphics for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop digital and hardcopy science translation products for not-technical audiences (e.g. web pages, Prezi, Powerpoint slides, factsheets, brochures, and infographics.)
- Provide support for outreach events (generate and compile materials for distribution, coordinate staff & volunteers, and track participants).
- Respond to and track stakeholder and media requests for information products and services.
- Create and maintain budgets, order supplies, and track expenses.
