Students from the College of ACES have specialized and needed skills to help solve some of the world’s most pressing issues. How can the U.S. Peace Corps help an ACES student further their passion and career in their field? Come hear from a panel of ACES alumni, staff, and faculty who have served as Peace Corps Volunteers in various countries around the world. Ask questions directly to them about your interests and where they fit in Peace Corps. Agriculture, Community Economic Development, Education, Environment, Heath, and Youth in Development are the main sectors of Peace Corps and students in the College of ACES are being equipped to meet those needs.
The next round of Peace Corps applications are due January 1st, 2016. This is a very timely event to meet with the campus recruiter to gain insightful information about the application process that you can work on over winter break.
