Salary: $4,377.00 - $6,581.00 monthly
Description of Duties/Essential Functions:
Under general supervision, assists Aquatic Nuisance Species and Aquaculture Program Manager in development and implementation of statewide policies for Aquatic Nuisance Species and Aquaculture Programs.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to a Master's Degree in Fish or related biological life or natural science or a bachelor's degree Fisheries, Fish Culture, Microbiology or closely related biological field, supplemented by two years of directly related professional experience. Requires ability to obtain an IL Pesticide Applicator's license. Requires ability to use ELISA apparatus. Requires ability to understand both written and verbal instruction. Requires ability to work under adverse environmental conditions. Requires good health for physically demanding work. Requires possession of a valid Illinois driver's license.

Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, 1/2 hour lunch, Saturday & Sunday off
