As in-person trials have begun to increase during the latest phase of the pandemic, judges have to consider a new potential question for prospective jurors - can they be asked about their vaccination status?
Professor Suja Thomas, a jury expert, says judges can decide not to permit the question.
Thomas said she believes “a lot of judges would say the information is irrelevant to probably most cases.”
