Professor Michelle Layser has been appointed to a three-year term on the editorial board of The Tax Lawyer, a peer-reviewed tax law journal published quarterly by the ABA. Members of the editorial board advise the editors, help promote the journal, help solicit submissions, and help review submissions.
The Tax Lawyer endeavors to provide scholarly articles by notable tax attorneys and professors and key reports by Section of Taxation committees and task forces that the editorial board believes to be of professional interest to members of the Section and the tax profession.
