On March 4, Professor Richard Ross will participate in a workshop at the University of Chicago History Department’s Empires and Atlantics Forum. His paper is entitled: “Anglicization of and through Law: British North America, Ireland, and India Compared, 1540-1800” (co-authored by Jane Ohlmeyer and Philip Stern).
