Professors Richard Kaplan and Sean Anderson presented papers at the 12th Annual Employee Benefits and Social Insurance Conference hosted by Boston University School of Law. Kaplan presented "The Declining Appeal of Inherited Retirement Accounts" and Anderson presented "Thole Survivors: Constitutional Standing in ERISA Fiduciary Litigation."
