Professor Paul Heald, an expert in intellectual property law and copyright law, has been named to the advisory board for the ReCreating Europe project. The project brings researchers, libraries, copyright experts, policymakers and other stakeholders together in order to clarify what is needed for a regulatory framework which supports culturally-diverse production, inclusive access and consumption.
