At the conclusion of the 2022-'23 Supreme Court term, Professor Vikram Amar joined NPR's All Things Considered to discuss the big decisions and themes from the Court's rulings. Amar and Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg shared their opinions about Chief Justice John Roberts and his control of the Court, as well as historical precedent for some of the big cases. "I think this term is not as much of a blockbuster term as last year but no doubt a conservative court that is moving in conservative directions," Amar told host Scott Detrow.
