Professor Jay Kesan spoke at the 3rd National Symposium on Resilient Critical Infrastructure in Chicago on August 16-18. The Symposium, intended to stimulate and facilitate a conversation about resilience and critical infrastructures, is part of the Department of Homeland Security’s Resilience Week 2016.
