Every year, the ABA Journal releases its list of the Top 100 most compelling legal blogs, distilled from the more than 4,000 in its directory. Credit Slips, for which bankruptcy expert Professor Robert Lawless is a regular contributor and primary administrator, made the list for the second year in a row.
The ABA Journal writes, "This blog—which covers consumer law, credit and bankruptcy—marked its 10-year anniversary this year. It’s where Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, who went on to establish the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, was blogging until her first Congress. And the blog is still going strong. Law prof contributors cover important bankruptcy rulings, summarize and share their scholarship and talk about how current bankruptcy-related events are changing what they’re teaching and how they’re teaching it."
