For their paper, "Perceptions of Settlement," published in the Harvard Negotiation Law Review, Professors Jennifer Robbennolt and Verity Winship, as well as co-author Jessica Bregant '09, were awarded the Hugh L. Carey Center’s 2023 Dispute Resolution Advancement Award. The award is given in recognition of scholars whose "published empirical research furthers the advancement and understanding of the values and skills of dispute resolution." Awarded by the St. John's University Hugh L. Carey Center for Dispute Resolution, the authors will present their research at a virtual ceremony hosted by St. John's on April 19, 2023.
