Professor Jason Mazzone was a recent guest on WGN Radio's "Let's Get Legal," where he discussed the two cases that were argued at the Supreme Court on January 7th. The first challenge was to an OSHA rule that employers with 100 or more employees require their employees to be vaccinated or be tested weekly and wear a mask at work; and the second challenge was to a DHHS rule requiring health care workers in facilities participating in Medicare or Medicaid be vaccinated.
