Eagle Scout and 2nd year law student Adam Crutchley recently organized the Camp Drake Trail Race, a benefit for the local Boy Scouts. The event was the first of its kind, and took place along the banks of the Salt Fork River.

Crutchley appeared on WCIA News in the weeks leading up to the race in order to promote the event and talk more about the inspiration behind it.

Crutchley has been a volunteer at Camp Drake since 2008, and attended the camp himself as a youth.

"I owe everything that I am today to scouting," he said.
