Professor Richard L. Kaplan presented (with co-author Adam Hofri-Winogradow of Hebrew University Law School) a paper at a symposium on "International Perspectives on Wealth Transfer Law" sponsored by the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Their paper explores lifetime vs. testamentary compensation for caregivers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Israel.
