Professor Robin Wilson was quoted in an October 7th Al Jazeera news article regarding the Trump administration's rollback of an Obama-era birth control measure.
The measure is aimed at protecting religious freedom, and employers will now be exempt from providing contraceptive coverage to their employees.
The ACLU has filed a lawsuit, saying the rule violates the separation of church and state and discriminates against women.
"They put a duty on the government to step up to the plate to provide some way for the people who potentially stand to lose, for them to get that coverage," said Wilson.
