Professor Suja Thomas was a guest on the November 9th episode of Illinois Public Media's The 21st. She spoke with host Niala Boodhoo about the problem of sexual harassment in the workplace, and the reason the problem persists. As she writes in her latest book, part of the problem lies in our court system, and specifically, with federal judges.
"We have case after case where these judges, who I think really don't have a good concept of what harassment should be defined as, deciding these cases," said Thomas.
