Professor Suja Thomas spoke at two different events at Georgetown Law this week. On Monday, November 20, 2017, she spoke in a debate on the jury with Professor Renee Lettow Lerner. The event was sponsored by the Federalist Society at the law school.
On Tuesday, November 21st, she spoke about her book, The Missing American Jury, in Professor Randy Barnett's class, Recent Books on the Constitution. Students in the course read 5-6 books, which Barnett selects because it is a book he would like to read and/or an author he would like to meet. In the second week, the author visits the class to discuss the book and react to the written student critiques.
