Professor Jason Mazzone has published "Uses of History in Constitutional Adjudication," the 2nd volume in the series "Comparative Constitutional History." The book, published by Brill, is co-edited by Mazzone, Francesco Biagi (University of Bologna), and Justin Frosini (Bocconi University). It includes chapters from scholars around the globe on the topic of how courts use and should use historical materials in interpreting constitutions and resolving constitutional issues. The contributing authors first presented their work at a conference sponsored by the Program in Constitutional Theory, History and Law.
