Professor Suja Thomas' co-authored book Unequal: How American Courts Undermine Discrimination Law has received quite a bit of media attention in recent weeks, given its relevance to the ongoing national discussion about sexual harassment.
The book was referenced in a roundtable discussion entitled "The Conversation: Seven Women Discuss Work, Fairness, Sex and Ambition," that was published in the New York Times Magazine on December 12th. The discussion was moderated by Emily Bazelon, a staff writer for the magazine, and featured Amanda Hess, Anita Hill, Laura Kipnis, Soledad O'Brien, Lynn Povich, and Danyel Smith.
On December 11th, an entire article about the book was published on Vox.com, outlining the various ways the legal system fails victims of sexual harassment. Above the Law provided a direct shout-out to the article on Vox as well.
