Professor Rob Kar’s recent article, Pseudo-Contract & Shared Meaning Analysis, was recently labeled one of the top ten “Downloads of the Year” on Larry Solum’s influential Legal Theory Blog. Co-authored with Margaret Jane Radin (Toronto Law/Stanford Law/Michigan Law), the article offers a way to determine which boilerplate text does and does not add terms to both consumer contracts and contracts between sophisticated parties.
