Professor Robin Wilson participated in a panel discussion at the American Enterprise Institute (AEI) in Washington, D.C. on February 26th. Opening remarks were delivered by Kentucky Governor Matt Bevin, and panelists included Wilson, Jerry Milner of Health and Human Services, Ronald Richter of the Jewish Child Care Association, and moderator Naomi Schaefer Riley of AEI. Participants discussed the foster case system and potential reform.
