Professor Ralph Brubaker was featured on a podcast for the Federalist Society, where he discussed the bankruptcy case City of Chicago, Illinois v. Fulton. The decision, issued by the Supreme Court of the United States, regards the relative rights of the debtor and a secured creditor in collateral repossessed by a secured creditor shortly before the debtor files a Chapter 13 bankruptcy case.
