Earlier in December, the College of Law hosted a Criminal Defending Conference, organized by Professor Margareth Etienne. Recordings from the event are now available for viewing below.
Throughout the 2-day conference, criminal law scholars, many of whom have practiced as criminal lawyers came together to help explore the unique role of defenders and advance theories on defending. The conference aspires to be the inaugural assembly of a recurring scholarly conversation among academics who think seriously about the world of criminal defense.
