Professor Suja Thomas recently delivered talks at events at two Cleveland-area law schools. She spoke about her book, The Missing American Jury, at the Criminal Justice Forum at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. The long-running series was designed to explore cutting-edge issues in criminal law, criminal procedure, and more broadly criminal justice, by inviting experts in their fields to give public lectures.
She also delivered the talk, "Is Plea Bargaining Constitutional" at Case Western Law for an event sponsored by the Federalist Society Student Chapter.
